Roller Shades
The most streamlined window shade. A single fabric, a single roller, delivering exactly the light control you need.
The Roller System
Uncompromising simplicity. Exceptional precision.
The roller shade is the purest expression of a window treatment: a single piece of fabric that rolls up and down on a precision tube. Done right, the result is clean, minimal, and elegant. Done wrong, it's a loose, uneven fabric that doesn't sit flush with the window.
Our roller shades are available in solar fabrics, light-filtering textiles, room-darkening materials, and blackout fabrics. Blackout describes the textile itself; near-total room darkening requires compatible side channels and a bottom closure to control perimeter light.
For bottom-up operation — ideal for street-level apartments where you want privacy from below while maintaining light from above — we offer the SKIRO bottom-up roller system. The shade raises from the bottom sill up, inverted from standard operation.
The minimal cased roller profile is approximately 1¾ by 1¾ inches; an uncased design-bar system is approximately 2 inches deep. Selected conventional roller systems can span up to 120 inches wide. For tilt & turn windows, specialist frame-mounted roller systems are available within narrower product-specific limits and require a handle-clearance review.

SKIRO Bottom-Up
Privacy from the street without losing the sky.
The SKIRO bottom-up roller shade is a revelation for ground-floor and garden apartments. It raises from the sill upward, blocking the view from the street while leaving the upper portion of the window completely open to light. An elegant solution to a classic urban problem.
